AUNER HardEnduroSeries Germany on Course: 2026 Season Calendar Confirmed – With a Jubilee Double Event in Reisersberg and New Highlight Kronach

The AUNER HardEnduroSeries Germany (HESG) has released its race calendar for the 2026 season. A total of seven championship rounds will form the ninth season of the series, as the race weekend in Reisersberg will count as two separate race days. In addition, Kronach will be included in the series for the first time as a new highlight.

The season will begin on 14 March 2026 in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz, followed by the second round in Reetz on 28 March. With the early start, scheduling conflicts in April can be avoided while ensuring a compact and well-planned entry into the championship.

On 30 May 2026, Kronach debuts as a new location, offering varied and technically demanding sections that maintain the challenging character of the season.

The highlight of the season will take place on 11–12 July 2026 in Reisersberg. The weekend will feature two independent championship races:

  • Saturday: The 50th race in HESG history will be held in the classic HESG format with Prologue, Group Race and Final. Riders can expect long and demanding laps.
    • Sunday: The second race introduces a separate format featuring checkpoints. This not only increases the sporting challenge but also adds dynamic variety to the weekend. Both days will be scored independently, allowing two full championship rounds in one weekend. The second race day is planned with a reduced duration of three hours to ensure that the return journey is manageable for all participants.

The HESG Kids will also compete on both days in Reisersberg.

After the summer break, the traditional race in Meltewitz follows on 13 September 2026. This event has repeatedly proven decisive in the battle for the championship standings. The season finale will take place on 26 September 2026 in Schwepnitz, whose diverse terrain provides ideal conditions for an exciting end to the season.

Series organiser Denis Günther also expresses his satisfaction:
"We are very pleased with the calendar. Alongside the established races in the schedule, Kronach introduces a new event that will definitely reflect the character of the series and offer an appropriate level of difficulty. The weekend in Reisersberg will also be a highlight, as we will host our 50th race there. At the same time, it marks the first double event in the history of the series. With these innovations, we are once again offering many new elements and continued development for the 2026 season."

Registration for participation in the 2026 season opens on 1 January 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested riders can officially register from that time to sign up for the season.
